Return & Exchange Policy

At Her Father's Daughter, every piece is handcrafted with care and created to become a lasting heirloom. Because each item is individually handcrafted and one of a kind, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is no longer available, you may select another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Defective Items

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the item has been inspected and the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. If the item is determined to be defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
